Rates & Fees

• Nightly rates vary by season, cabin, and length of stay
• Cleaning fee: $125–$195 per stay depending on property
• Tahoe occupancy tax: 12% (collected at booking)
• Security deposit: $500 (refundable within 7 days)

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before arrival: full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for winter bookings

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
